Falmouth Commodores announce Jack Dahm as new field manager and Beau McMillan as assistant head coach
The Commodores are pleased to announce Jack Dahm as their new field manager. Dahm will replace coach Jarrod Saltalamacchia, who has taken a position with the University of Miami as director of player development. Additionally, the Commodores are delighted to announce that Beau McMillian will return as assistant head coach.

Reviewing Falmouth’s 2025 season
In Jarrod Saltalamacchia’s first year with Falmouth, it went 16-23-1 and missed the playoffs. Despite strong individual showings, the Commodores never recovered after going 2-11 across 13 games near the end of the season.
