HARWICH, Mass. — No one has had a more interesting August than Bourne. The Braves started the month with three losses, their fifth, sixth and seventh straight to end the regular season. Now, they’re on the doorstep of another championship win.

As an all-volunteer organization, the Braves are dedicated year-round to delivering a summer season of free, family-friendly entertainment for the community. The team’s recent success—capturing three of the last four Cape League championships—highlights its commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
