Clinics & Registration

Join the Falmouth Commodores Youth Development Clinic and live a day in the life of a Commodore! Train with some of the nation’s top collegiate baseball players at Guv Fuller Field! Our clinics provide hands-on instruction that is tailored to all skill levels. We will focus on baseball fundamentals, including the importance of ‘Baseball IQ,’ while growing our players’ love for the game. As players advance through each clinic age group, the intensity of drills will gradually increase, with instruction becoming more detailed and advanced. Small player-to-coach ratio ensures high-quality instruction.

Four separate clinics, Rookie, Advanced, Elite, and Varsity, will be offered (same days and same times):

Rookie Clinic (Boys & Girls, ages 5-7) This program introduces the fundamentals of baseball while instilling an initial love of the game. Participants will develop skills such as hitting and throwing mechanics, fielding techniques, and baserunning fundamentals through engaging drills and games on the field and in the batting cage. The week wraps up with Fun Friday! The cost per four‑day session is $140.

Advanced Clinic (Boys & Girls, ages 8-10; Kids who are 7-years-old by the date of the session may participate with permission from info@falmouthcommodores.com) This program refines players’ skills through more advanced drills and games. Players will have the opportunity to try any position of interest, and receive hands-on instruction from Dores’ players and coaches whose expertise is in that position. All attendees will rotate through the batting cage and field where they learn the importance of offensive & defensive situations. The cost per four‑day session is $150.

Elite Clinic (Boys & Girls, ages 11-13; Players who are 10 or 14 may participate with permission from info@falmouthcommodores.com). This program is intended for kids who have experience in baseball through AAU Leagues, Little League or Travel Baseball Organizations. Players will participate in a daily infield/outfield workout, a proper batting cage routine and on-field batting practice. Players also will engage in ‘Baseball IQ’ discussions where they learn about situational hitting, a good mental approach and situational fielding awareness. Attendees will receive hands-on instruction and individualized positional adjustments from current ‘Dores players. The cost per four‑day session is $195.

NEW THIS SUMMER! **Varsity Clinic** (Boys & Girls, ages 14-18) This program is designed for high school players and those with aspirations of playing baseball at the collegiate level. Over the course of the four days, players will go through a college-level infield/outfield practice, batting sessions, live at-bats, and bullpens for pitchers – mirroring the exact game-day routine of your 'Dores. Players will receive individualized video analysis of their hitting & positional mechanics with recommended adjustments. Additionally, attendees will discuss the recruitment process, as well as what the expectations are at the collegiate level, with some of the best talent in the NCAA. The cost per four-day session is $275.

  • The Varsity clinic will leverage state-of-the-art Rapsodo PRO 2.0 technology to help players make adjustments to their hitting and pitching mechanics while also providing the key metrics needed to showcase their talent to college coaches.
  • At the end of the four-day session, participants will know how to create a player resume including key metrics and will have an individualized player video reel to promote themselves to college coaches.
