Start time changed for Game 1 of Cape League Championship Series

Saturday night’s Championship Series opener will now begin at 7 p.m.

WEST YARMOUTH, Mass. 一 The Cape Cod Baseball League has announced a time change for Game 1 of the Championship Series at Bourne.

The opening game has been moved back from a 6 p.m. start to 7 p.m. first pitch due to field conditions.

Updated Championship Series schedule, Aug. 10-12

Aug. 10: Harwich Mariners at Bourne Braves, 7 p.m.

Aug. 11: Bourne Braves at Harwich Mariners, 5:30 p.m.

Aug. 12: Harwich Mariners at Bourne Braves , 6 p.m.*
