How do I get a ticket to a Cape Cod League game?

There are no tickets for any Cape League games. The Cape Cod Baseball League and each of its 10 teams are non-profit organizations. The mission of the Cape League is to provide affordable family entertainment. Some teams may ask for a donation at the gate, others may "pass the hat." Fund-raising is a year-long process with each team and the league dependent upon donations, contributions and sponsors. We hope when you attend a game, you will choose to help support the tradition of the Cape League as America's premiere summer collegiate baseball league.

Where am I allowed to sit at a game?

There are no assigned seats at Cape Cod Baseball League games. Fans are welcome to sit almost anywhere in the spectator area but should check with representative from each team to learn what areas are restricted.

The Cape Cod Baseball League has a policy that certain designated sections at every field are restricted to scouts who are currently employed by MLB organizations or MLB. These "MLB Scout Only" sections are directly behind home plate or slightly off to one/both sides if not enough room directly behind home plate. Anyone who does not provide proof of employment by an MLB organization or MLB shall not be allowed within these areas. Any and all non-MLB scouts will be asked to vacate this designated area by CCBL Team/League personnel. Failure to comply with this League policy shall result in removal from the designated area and may result in removal from the ball park. Continued defiance of this League policy may result in a permanent ban from attending Cape Cod Baseball League games and being served with no trespass orders under Under Massachusetts General Laws c. 266, § 120.

How do you become a player in the Cape Cod League?

Players must be recommended by a College coach who believes the player can compete at the Cape League level. Players must meet NCAA summer league guidelines and not have signed a NCAA letter of commitment with any other summer league or team.

What level of baseball is the Cape Cod League?

The CCBL is considered the top tier of Summer Collegiate Baseball Leagues. As of opening day 2007, one out of every seven MLB players came out of the Cape Cod Baseball League.
