The Cape League is extremely grateful for our network of host families, we wouldn't exist without them. The host family experience is such an important aspect of each player’s time while playing with the Cape League, and most host families have such a good experience that they become host families for years to come! There is no question that the bond between many host families and their players extend beyond the summer, forming lifelong friendships. There are hundreds of current professional baseball players who spent some time playing in the Cape Cod Baseball League and that list is growing. Names like Aaron Judge, Chris Sale, Alek Manoah, Pete Alonso, and Adley Rutschman all spent a summer on Cape Cod -- and they all lived with a host family!
