Before the Harwich Mariners took the field for their first playoff game, they announced their team awards for the 2025 season. The team honored four individuals for their contributions to the organization.

George Lane Sportsmanship Award: Niko Brini, outfield

The rising senior at Wofford is one of eight Mariners remaining from the opening day roster. Brini's 32 appearances were the most on the team. An all-around contributor, he was second on the team in hits and steals, with 28 and 12, respectively. In the outfield, he compiled a reel of highlight catches. This award goes to a player who consistently led the team’s efforts on the field, dugout and community.

Fred Ebbett 10th Player of the Year: Tanner Marsh, infield

Marsh joined Harwich in the middle of the season and contributed right away. He opened the summer by reaching base in his first 11 games. Originally the team's second baseman, he shifted to shortstop at the end of the season. His .402 on-base percentage led the team and he was second on the team in batting average, hitting .277. This award goes to a player who showcased an ability throughout the season to thrive in whatever situation was put in front of him.

Al Graeber Outstanding Pitcher Award: Christian Rodriguez, relief pitcher

The Mariners' de-facto closer, C-Rod was lights out from the bullpen. His 26 strikeouts led the team and third in the league among pitchers with zero starts. He ended the summer with a 0.93 ERA in 19.1 innings, rising to the occasion whenever the team needed him most. He also led the team with three saves.

Marty McDonough Most Valuable Player Award: Aiden Robbins, outfield

One of the elite hitters in the entire league, Robbins led or was near the top for just about every offensive category for Harwich. He slashed .307/.391/.545 while winning the league's batting title. Despite not showing up until the second week of the season, he represented the East Division in the All-Star Game. He blasted six home runs in 26 games, best on the team.
