TWO POSITIONS
Individuals should have a proven interest in retail management and hopefully baseball. Preference will be given to college students who have retail management experience and/or sales experience and/or sports-management related majors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Applicants must be available for all home games only throughout the regular season, playoffs, Friday morning clinics from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and special events.
Provide retail management assistance in the Kettleers Store at Lowell Park such as: checking out the items for purchase and confirm the items are free of any damage.
Managing marketing via social media accounts.
Stocking shelves, assist unloading vehicles delivering merchandise, handling returns and exchanges.
If available in the offseason, assist with designing and purchasing of merchandise.
Assist with new point of sales system and uploading and tracking of inventory.
Assist with fulfilling online orders and management of online website.
Cleaning of work space at home games is required.
Assisting the organization with public relations, special events and other similar projects/duties as assigned.
Finding housing is the responsibility of the hired intern. The CAA will do their best to assist when able.
