Game Day Interns

Learn baseball operations by serving as a game day intern with one of the Cape Cod Baseball League’s premier franchises. All aspects of ballpark operations are covered, with special training sessions and access to industry pros.

Graphic Designer

Hone your artistic and creative skills, working closely with our social media team and content writers.

Camera Operators

On location shooting of various aspects of the Y-D game presentation including the game, pre and postgame shows, interviews, and sideline reports.

Producer/Director

Produce and direct a four-camera production at our home games and help with our audio-only radio casts on the road.

Website Manager

Keep our website running smoothly, assist fellow interns in getting content posted and looking its best, and drive traffic to our site.

Public Address Announcer

Get invaluable experience and exposure as you become the summer voice of Y-D baseball.

Play-By-Play Broadcasters

Handle play-by-play duties for all 40 games and postseason. You will get to know future MLB players and hone your skills.

Videographer

Shoot future Major League stars, supporting our broadcast and social media teams.

Sideline Reporter

Do pregame, postgame, and in-game sideline reports, getting lots of airtime.

Pre and Postgame Show Host

Host pre and postgame shows covering various stories about Y-D baseball.

Photographer

Get “close-up” access to exciting baseball action and develop your action shot skills.

Game Notes Writer

Write a game notes sheet that would include information on both teams, starting pitchers, stats and other related items.

Content Writers

Join the baseball beat of a serious summer team, writing pregame and postgame stories and features.

Social Media

Promote our team’s many players and accomplishments with fun and creative content on all major platforms.

MLB Scout Liaison

Serve as the point person for all MLB scouts who attend games at Red Wilson Field. You will be the contact for all information the scouts need on game day.

Sabermetrics Analyst

Work closely with our field manager and coaches to establish agreed-upon benchmarks and research data tools to improve game strategy and decision-making and evaluate aspects of player performance.

Senior Media Intern

Work directly with the director of media, making sure all bases are covered at home and on the road.
