The Game Day Operations Internship is a great way to get exposure to the day-to-day operations of a sports organization. Under the direction of the Game Day Operations Supervisor, the Game Day Operations Interns have the responsibility of assisting in the operational planning, game day coordination, set-up and management of all Gatemen home games and events. Game Day interns report to the field two hours before the first pitch to help prepare various aspects of putting on a sporting event; concessions prep, merchandise set up, security set up, greeting table set up, placement of marketing materials and sponsor banners, etc…
At the end of the summer, Game Day interns will have the experience and confidence to put on a sporting event.
